UsTime collects the minimum data needed to function:

• Account info: Name and email (for sign-in)
• Activities: The activities you create in your jar
• Partner connection: Your partner code and connection status

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide the UsTime service — syncing activities between you and your partner, delivering pitch notifications, and maintaining your account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your activities are only visible to you and your connected partner.

Data Storage

Data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
